Derbyshire rentals are based within our Buxton office.
Buxton is an historic spa town with the highest elevation of any market town in England. Famous for its Spring Water and stunning architecture including The Crescent, The Devonshire Dome, Buxton Opera House and The Pavilion Gardens the town is often described as ‘The Gateway To The Peak District National Park’.
For the commuter, the railway station has regular services to Manchester Piccadilly and road links to Manchester, Sheffield, Chesterfield and Derby.
The Residential Lettings market in the town is very buoyant, it is not uncommon for professional tenants working in the city to choose a town location like Buxton to live and then commute to work.
The University of Derby has kick started a trend in Student Lets of which Wright Marshall are the main agent in the town. This has also generated professional lets as teaching lecturers move into the town.
For any advice with student lettings please contact Kate Cirillo.
Derbyshire rentals is headed by Abby Calladine who joined the company in 2000, with a vast knowledge of the local market covering the town itself and surrounding villages. Abby or Kate are always on hand to deal with any enquiries a Landlord or tenant may have.
