Here at Wright Marshall, we are immensely proud of our heritage, we were established in 1842 and 2022 saw us celebrate our 180th year of helping those in our community buy, sell, and rent.
Many things have changed since we sold our first home, but two elements have remained throughout, customer service and having the right team in place is key to ensuring we deliver an exceptionally high level of service. Keeping these core values in place ensures we stay ahead of the competition.
Established in 1842, we have been helping people move house for over 175 years
The depth of our knowledge is unrivalled, many of our team have been with us for many years
We embrace technology to ensure that our team have more time to be customer-facing
Moving house can be really stressful, we appreciate that and are here to make the journey as stress-free as possible
This is not a 9-5 industry, we go that extra mile to ensure the highest level of customer service
With over 180 years of experience, Wright Marshall is a widely recognised and trusted company, synonymous with quality and professionalism.
Offering a unique regional network coverage across Cheshire and Derbyshire with a proactive and forward-thinking approach, the company provides for long term success by continual investment in innovative technology and most crucially of all, the employment of dedicated experts who provide a first-class service and a wealth of local knowledge. We have come a long way since we first launched Wright Marshall Estate Agents. Our service areas have now expanded to include North Wales, Peak District, Buxton, Chester, Crewe, Knutsford, Nantwich, Northwich and Tarporley.
The past 20 years has seen significant changes in technology in all areas of life including our business. In many ways this has made the task of selling and renting houses easier and faster but we are adamant that it still remains a ‘people business’ and that our team and their knowledge and experience is still vital to our success.
We therefore have embraced technology wherever possible by using 360° virtual tours and 3D floorplans, as long as it doesn’t take away the personal touch from our service. Our clients really appreciate the local knowledge that we have, we therefore ensure that our teams either live locally or have a significant depth of knowledge on their neighbourhood so we can give the best advise and service possible.
2020 has seen changes to life that could never have been predicted. Wright Marshall has therefore adapted to the challenges put to our community and we are ensuring that we continue to offer our usual high level of service but in a safe manner.
